Job Description

Here at Destination Education we are currently looking for confident and charismatic Cover Supervisors to work with our well-established schools located in the East London/Essex region.

If you are looking for flexible supply work, and have a passion for working in education this is the perfect role for you.

Cover Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Teaching and managing whole classes during the short term absence of teachers with the pre-set work provided.
  • Supervising the delivery of the cover work by effectively communicating the work set to students.
  • Collecting completed work after the lesson and reporting back to the appropriate teacher.

Cover Supervisor Requirements:

  • Highly adaptable, can cover a variety of subjects.
  • Be confident, organised and at times, diplomatic.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • No specific qualifications or degrees are necessary.
