I m working with an independent training provider in Bedford who are looking to add a Construction Tutor to their delivery team.
The role will involve delivering construction skills training to adult learners across a range of Level 1 multi-trade areas including carpentry, plumbing, tiling and brickwork. This is a mix of practical workshop delivery and classroom-based learning.
The role:
- Delivering construction bootcamps and employability-focused training
- Teaching basic multi-trade construction skills
- Supporting and engaging adult learners
- Maintaining learner progress and attendance records
What they re looking for:
- Construction background (any trade considered)
- Qualified teacher/trainer (AET, DET, PGCE or equivalent)
- Comfortable delivering across multiple trades
- Good communication and learner engagement skills
