Intro: 
S Knights Recruitment are proud to be recruiting a Compliance Lead for a leading training provider that has been operating for over 15 years and specializes in the delivery of Traineeships, Apprenticeships, and many other funded provisions. The ideal candidate will have experience working within the Data and Compliance role and the Education sector. This is a full-time permanent role that is based in Leicester. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Compliance Lead, you will be responsible to:

*Manage data and compliance audits and implement remedial action when needed
*Manage all funding streams such as feedback, compliance, and attendance
*Provide reports as required in a timely manner to manage the funding streams effectively
*Ensure to have robust measures, checks, and processes to maintain compliance on funding streams
*Manage the Admin and Compliance Teams’ performance and responsible for recruiting activity
*Ensure to monitor and achieve the Key Performance Indicator (KPI)

Experience and Skills: 

As a Compliance Lead, you will need the following to be successful:

*Working experience in leading an administrative team, Compliance, and Education sector
*Knowledge of Traineeships, ESF, and AEB and their funding rules and requirements is desirable
*Knowledge of E-portfolios and MIS systems such as data compliance and reporting
*Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain records accurately
*Strong IT and organizational skills
*Excellent communication skills
