We are proud to be recruiting for a Career Advisor, on a full time, permanent basis. The purpose of the role is to provide information, advice and guidance to adults through a range of methods including telephone calls, emails, face-to-face or other digital interactions to help them achieve work or learning goals. This role will be based in offices in Coventry and Warwickshire and our client are looking for passionate individuals who will support adults to reach their full potentials and enable them to make a difference in their lives.

The roles and responsibilities of the Careers Advisor will be as follows:
*Support customers to develop skills and knowledge through a range of activities
*Provide customers with Information, Advice and Guidance that will help them into employment or learning
*Working with a variety of external stakeholders to generate new customers/customer referrals to meet targets
*Manage a caseload of customers to meet personal and team targets

The Careers Advisor will require the following experience and skills:
*Willingness to take on further training to maintain professional standards 
*Hold an IAG qualification from Level 2 to 4
*Experience working in the employability and skills sector or similar supportive roles
*Strong communication skills and ability to influence others
*IT Literate in Microsoft packages such as Office 365, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
