We would love to hear from qualified Business Services Tutor/Assessor with previous experience of delivering at Level 2 and above within warehousing, customer service, trade and or business services (at least one of these specialist areas)

The ideal candidate would have delivered this programme previously, and have employment experience of Customer Service.

Full time - paying up to £32,000 per year DOE. This role will cover South/West London areas so candidates must be located within reach.

The candidate will be delivering across Warehouse, Business Services, Trade, Customer Service, and will need to have experience in at least one of these functions. We are looking for someone to deliver the L2 Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Apprenticeship Programme.

Qualifications and Education Essential/ Desirable
* Relevant assessors qualification (TAQA, CAVA, D32)

*Practical experience in warehousing, customer service, trade and or business services
* Teaching Qualification
*Minimum Level 2 in English and Maths (A-C grade GCSE)
* Qualified to relevant level 2+ in the specialist subject area

Knowledge & Skills

  • Experience in delivering work-based learning
  • Sound knowledge of the sector in which you will be delivering, warehousing, business services, customer service and Trade.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Experience in providing information advice and guidance Personal Attributes & Competencies
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Personable and friendly
  • Ability to work in collaboration with others
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Punctual, reliable, and flexible
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and unsupervised
