About the Role
Academics Limited is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive primary school in Greenwich. This role involves working alongside teaching staff to assist in the delivery of lessons, offer one-to-one support, and provide occasional cover when required.

Key Responsibilities:
Establish strong relationships with students and act as a positive role model
Support pupils with additional needs by delivering tailored intervention strategies
Track student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
Deliver sessions to small groups, individuals, or full classes in the teacher's absence
Offer one-to-one mentoring to students with behavioural or emotional needs
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have previous experience in a similar support role
Be confident working in a secondary school environment
Work well both independently and as part of a team
Understand classroom responsibilities and learning objectives
Build strong relationships with both students and staff
Be dedicated to the safeguarding and wellbeing of all pupils
