Job Description

Twenty4Seven Education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join one of our fantastic secondary schools in Warwick.

This role starts in January.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver dynamic, engaging Maths lessons that challenge and inspire students across various topics, including algebra, geometry, statistics, trigonometry, and calculus.

Support and Assess: Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support students in achieving their academic goals, helping them to build confidence in their mathematical abilities.

Resource Development: Prepare and implement creative and engaging resources, including problem-solving tasks, real-life applications of Maths, and interactive activities to deepen students' understanding.

Classroom Management: Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation, collaboration, and academic excellence.

Collaborate: Work closely with colleagues to develop and enhance the Maths curriculum, support school-wide academic initiatives, and contribute to extracurricular Maths-related activities, such as Maths clubs or competitions.

Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Passion for teaching and inspiring students in Maths. Strong understanding of Maths concepts, including the ability to teach across different year groups and ability levels. Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Experience teaching Maths at secondary school level is preferred, but not essential. Ability to differentiate lessons for diverse learning needs and inspire a love for the subject. If this interests you, please apply with your CV.
