OVERVIEW

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Quality focused Training Provider who deliver training within a number of global companies / household names.

This unique role will involve having a caseload split between L5 Management (ODM) and L3 Team Leading Standards (50%) and L3 Global Majority.

The Global Majority L3 programme has been designed to highlight the awareness of the barriers and challenges faced by Global Majority / BAGM individuals. The term "Global Majority" is used to describe diverse groups of people who are labelled to a being "ethnic minorities" or who are not typically considered White. The term is intended to acknowledge the vast diversity within these groups and move away from the view that positions Whiteness as the norm.

A L3 Global Majority Apprenticeship for aspiring managers has been designed to highlight the awareness of the barriers and challenges faced by Global Majority individuals. Some of the areas covered within the programme include. Systemic Barriers, Importance of Allyship & Cultural Challenges.

As an Apprenticeship Coach you will be a subject matter expert in Leadership and Management, delivering L5 Management (ODM) and L3 Team Leading Standards. You should also have knowledge / experience of Global Majority empowerment, so we particularly welcome applicants who have lived experience within this group.

You will deliver knowledge-based workshops  (mainly remote) as well as coaching workplace skills application and supporting apprentices to build a robust portfolio of evidence. You will deliver the end-to-end learning journey and be responsible for their learning experience.

The workshop delivery for the Global Majortity learners is not part of this role.

These are home-based / remote roles, with some flexibility required for travel (if required) to do some face-to-face workshops – although this would not be often.
