Location: Thriving College in Bradford
Contract: Fixed Term up to 6 months
Hours: 27.5 per week
Hourly Rate: ££22194 pro-tata- £11.50 per hour
Start Date: Immediate
DBS Check: Ideally Enhanced
Job Purpose: We are urgently seeking an Administrator to join an Estates Department of a large education provider, on a fixed-term contract. This role supports the efficient management of the college's physical resources, ensuring a safe and effective environment for all.

Key Responsibilities of the Administrator:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Estates Department.
• Manage correspondence and handle emails, calls, and mail.
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
• Support estates-related projects, including refurbishment and maintenance.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
• Maintain accurate records and databases.
• Assist with budget tracking and financial reports.
• Serve as a point of contact for estates-related inquiries.

Essential Qualifications and Skills required for the Administrator:
• GCSE A*- C in Maths and English or equivalent.
• Previous administrative experience, preferably in facilities management or estates.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enhanced DBS check.
• Experience with data management and financial administration.
