Administrator/Accounts Assistant X 2 positions available
1 role is a fixed term contract for 12 months (could lead to permanent)
Home based role – Monday to Friday – 37 hours per week
JOB ROLE
• We are seeking an Administrator/Delivery Assistant, Accounts Assistant for this well established and stable training provider, who offer excellent promotional opportunities
• Working remotely from home and then travel to head office in Manchester for meetings twice per annum
• Dealing with learner records, raising sales and purchase orders
• Credit control processes and liaising with clients to resolve issues
• Working in the finance team to ensure all processes are compliant with financial regulations
• Processing payments and learner submissions
• Liaising with other internal departments
• Ensuring data/student records are accurate
• Reporting on the stage that new customers have reached from initial enrolment to payment and course start, on-boarding process
• Responding via telephone or email to customer enquiries or complaints relating to financial and other learner related transactions
• Liaising with Tutors via telephone and email
• Contact active learners to ensure they stay on track with their studies
• Creating learner timetables, tutors contracting, locating, and booking appropriate classroom venues
• Hosting online webinars, supporting the students and tutors with technical support
• Student enrolments
• Liaising with Awarding body from registration through to certification
• Banking and invoicing
REQUIREMENTS ESSENTIAL FOR THE ROLE
• Experience of working in role dealing with customers and used to a busy working environment
• Used Microsoft office
• Laptop and mobile provided
• Ideally worked in a finance department now or in the past, however not essential
• Desirable if worked in a training provider, college, or university, however not essential
SALARY AND BENEFITS
• Salary £19,000 to £21,300 per annum
• Full time 37 hours per week
