Intro: We are proud to be hiring a Employability Tutor for a established support service within the welfare to work sector, supporting unemployed people into sustainable employment across the UK.

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Taking a hands-on role in developing and documenting the operational procedures for a new employability programme
- Delivering briefing / training sessions on system and process, primarily to internal staff and supply chain trainers, but also to supply chain advisors if necessary
- Guiding and supporting the teams to develop processes and procedures that lean, compliant with the contract, and straightforward to measure and manage. Document the requirements for operation MI and user dashboards.

Experience and Skills:
As an Business Process Analyst, you must have:
- Experience of designing, documenting and testing business processes.
- Experience of using at least one major process management methodology, eg, LEAN, Six-Sigma, DMAIC.
- Strong organisational skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
