Traineeships really are hot topic at the moment. With the £millions being pumped into Traineeships currently, and many providers starting to ramp up and mobilise their spend, we are seeing high demand for staff to be a part of this fantastic provision.

For this particular role, we are looking for Functional Skills Tutors, two in fact. These roles are remote based as delivery will all be online. However, with most learners being North West or Yorkshire based, we are ideally looking for someone to be based in the Northern half of the UK, should you need to go and give extra support to your learner.

Your role will be to deliver Functional Skills, and general emplyability skills to Traineeship learners as they embark on to the programme and continue that support and delivery throughout. The early learners are likely to be on Digital based Traineeships, but as these courses and portfolio develops this will be across other sectors as well.

MS Teams will be your weapon of delivering the sessions, and you will provide some general employability skills to the learners as well, as they start out on their chosen career path.

This provider have already been given one of the larger contracts of funding to deliver Traineeships, and have strong ambitions to make this a very successful provision to their already very successful business. They already deliver across most funded learning provisions, and Digital Skills is a key area for them, and works well a they are able to support learners right the way through their development.

Both roles are available now, so please get in touch.
