We are excited to be working with a prime Traineeship provider who is looking to mobilise and grow their current Traineeship Provision. Our client has delivered AEB, Employability and Skills provisions across the UK and given their recent contract win, wants to recruit a passionate and driven Contracts Manager
Role and Responsibilities:
The role of the Traineeship Manager will be to:
- Drive performance and build a team tutors, learner and employer engagement staff.
- You will be managing the delivery of the traineeships and ensuring the highest level of quality and delivery for learners.
- As the Traineeship Manager, you will be reporting into the senior leadership team and generating reports and updates on performance
- Manage and oversee the Staff Training matrix, CPD, Single Staff Register and ensure staff probationary reviews, appraisals are conducted that are appropriate and are fit for purpose
- Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organisation.
Experience and Skills:
The ideal Traineeship Manager will have:
- Managed and driven performance on Traineeship or similar funding (Study Programme or 19+ AEB)
- Strong experience and knowledge of OFSTED and maintaining high quality of learning.
- Have a good understanding and ability to work with learner recruitment
- Oversee all activities relating to MIS, systems, and management of the funding.
