𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒋𝒐𝒃
You will be responsible for the delivery of effective learning support to college students on a flexible basis. You will deliver consistently good or better teaching/ support sessions and motivate learners to raise their ambitions and realise their full potential and have experience providing emotional/ behavioural support.

𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒐𝒏 & 𝒒𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔
* Previous experience as Learning Support Assistant
* Previous experience as Support Worker or Personal Carer (although no personal care is required in this role)
* Experience providing emotional/ behavioural support
* A DBS Certificate that is on the update service, or be willing to apply for one
