Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary: From £18,712 to £21,350 (negotiable based on experience)

The Foundation Learning department at City College Southampton is looking for a Job coach to work with learners and to find exciting work placement opportunities for our Supported Internship Programme.

Supported Internship specialises in working with learners with BESD and SEND challenges, to build skills needed to thrive in the workplace. As a Job coach you will find suitable work placements and support the learners inside the work place as well as in the college environment.
