NET UK are part of The Tec Partnership, specialising in supporting individuals into employment and progressing in their career through skills training and development. NET UK are looking for a dynamic Regional Manager to operationally manage the established and successful delivery team based in Leeds and will include premises management. The role will cover the West Yorkshire region with the possibility of delivery further afield.

Experience of teaching, learning and assessment, Adult Education Budget, DWP and Welfare to Work is essential. This is a highly rewarding and fast paced role therefore the successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach leading and influencing others. Experience managing quality assurance of service delivery, lesson observations and inspections is also essential. The successful candidate must also possess excellent business development skills and the ability to meet and exceed KPI's. Experience of commercial training sales and delivery would be an advantage.
