Role and Responsibilities:
-As an administrator you will be responsible for daily admin duties like filing, data input and arranging meetings.
-Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
-You will have to support either an individual or a team
-Your duties will also include word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations
-General office management such as ordering stationary
Experience and Skills:
- Have previously worked as an administrator on a government funded provision
- Good communicator and well organised
- Have outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Present a good work ethic and a 'can do' attitude towards work
