Intro: S Knights Recruitment is currently searching for Business Development Managers to work for an award winning training provider. They deliver high quality training for adults who are looking to enhance their skills to help them get into employment or young adults who are looking to learn new skills for their future career. You will be working on AEB, Traineeships and Apprenticeship programmes.
Role and Responsibilities:
- The Business Development Manager will work with both learners and clients on Apprenticeships and Traineeships
- As the Business Development Manager will be able to connect with the learners and understand what they are looking for and support them through their journey
- The Business Development Manager will work with clients who are looking to grow their staff head count with Apprentices and find learners for them
A key part of the Business Development Manager will be to support both functions of the employment and learning journey and offer first class key stakeholder management
As the Business Development Manager you will attend monthly meetings and perform against KPI
Experience and Skills:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Apprenticeship
Construction background (desirable)
The Business Development Manager will have a developed skills set of being able to work with clients and candidates
The Business Development Manager will be a car driver with his own car and willing to travel
Good communication skills and a target driven individual
