Role and Responsibilities:
- Responding to enquiries and managing relationships with existing employers
- Development of sales, marketing and business development plans
- The Employer Engagement Advisor will be contacting employers using a range of business development tactics to drive leads and vacancies into the business, e.g. cold calling, online-marketing, outreaching, face-to-face meetings, attending local job fairs, etc.
- Ability to generate new business and retain old business leads
Experience and Skills:
-Must have experience in working with people with barriers and supporting them to progress into training, employment and education.
- Experience working in recruitment or other relevant employer engagement activities
- You must have strong experience in sales and ability to prove your background
- You must be able to generate new leads as well as repeat business
- Ability to investigate and follow up leads and cold calls to win new business
