They have been recognised for their high achievement rates and are now looking to expand their team. They are looking for a bright Team Leader Trainer to join their team.

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Team Leader Trainer you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring all the learners reach gateway in a timely manner
- Uploading all relevant documents on an E-Portfolio system
- Ensuring all the caseload is being completed on track for all the learners
- Ability to handle own caseload of learners on the Team Leading apprenticeship
- Ability to provide a blended delivery approach - meaning some face to face and some online delivery will be required

Experience and Skills:
- The perfect candidate will have a D32/D33, A1, TAQA, CAVA, AET, PTLLS, DTLLS, CTLLS (Or another teaching, assessing or training qualification)
- Knowledge of the new apprenticeship standards
- Have previously delivered in a school environment before
- Ability to keep learners engaged
- Ability to manage own caseload of learners
- Good attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative
