Due to continued growth our client has an exciting position for a passionate, learner focussed Apprenticeship Trainer vacancy. You will have a caseload of learners on Business Administrator, Customer Service Specialist and Team Leader Apprenticeships

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Business Development coach you will be responsible for
-Delivering and supporting Business Administrator, Customer Service Specialists and Team Leader apprenticeship schemes
- Uploading all information and documents on the e-portfolio system
- Ability to guide all the apprentices through the qualification and guide them to gateway
- Ability to handle own caseload of learners

Experience and Skills:
- You must have Trainer / Assessor qualifications, be working towards them or prepared to achieve them within six months of starting
- Ability to handle own caseload of learners
- Good communicator and ability to prioritise own workload
- Have previous experience in delivering an apprenticeship programme
- Ability to support and guide learners to pass their apprenticeship scheme
