Intro: S Knights Recruitment is excited to be working with an Independent Training Provider that operates as a social enterprise who provides careers, education, apprenticeships and training courses in the creative industry. They have worked with hundreds of employers across the UK to help their business grow. They are currently looking for an Employment Advisor to join their team.

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Employment and Careers Advisor you will be responsible for
- Assisting young people to make career choices about their future
- Delivering weekly small group advice and guidance sessions to people applying for our creative, digital and marketing apprenticeships
- You will be teaching young people how to write a good CV and how to prepare for an interview
- Engage with young people via email, telephone and face to face

Experience and Skills:
- Professional competence in the industry
- IAG qualification or experience in employment advice with a Creative / Art background
- If you don't yet have the Employment and Careers Education qualification you will be expected to start working towards those on appointment
- Good communicator and ability to get on with a younger audience
- Organisation skills
- Ability to provide good advice via range of methods
