They are growing their team and looking for a passionate Residential Childcare Trainer for their apprenticeship Programme. They pride themselves in delivering high quality training to their learners.

Role and Responsibilities:
- You will be required to upload onto an online e-portfolio system
- You will need to be able to track learners progress.
- Your role as a Trainer will include attending standardisation meetings as required online for now
- Ensure the learners are completing their caseload in time
- You will be undertaking a blended delivery method and support learners both face to face and online
- Providing support to the learners on their journey to gateway.

Experience and Skills:
- Will have occupational competence and vocational experience in Residential Childcare
- Must really love what they do and be passionate about training Residential Childcare Trainers
- The perfect candidate will have a D32/D33, A1, TAQA, CAVA, AET, PTLLS, DTLLS, CTLLS (Or another teaching, assessing or training qual)
- Knowledge of the new apprenticeship standards
