It’s not understating it that this role is vital to the organisations continued growth plans. Having been luckily enough not to be negatively affected through Covid they have continued on their growth plans but are still a lean business when it comes to personnel.

I’ll put this one in here now, you will have to come from a Further Education / Training background to be considered for this role, and have worked in a coordinator/administration/compliance function within the market.

Ok so, these guys a small, specialist training provider in the financial services market. They deliver Apprenticeship standards across Financial Services, Insurance, and Mortgages. Well established, they have found their niche and grown a very quality driven programme, so much so they have become the CII preferred training partner (that may not mean anything at this point, I’ll explain when we speak).

They are looking for someone to almost become the glue that brings the business together. You will act as a key coordinator/administrator within the business. This will include a mixture of ensuring other personnel are attending to their own duties, but also will heavily rely on you to ‘just get things done’.
So we are not looking for a ‘delegator’, we are looking for someone who can be in the thick of it, and if they see something that needs doing, they will take it upon themselves to get it done. However, it will be just as important to either tap on others shoulders for help, or remind them they have a certain task that requires completing.

Some key areas that you will operate across; we do not expect you to be experts in each of these, but to have a competent understanding of their value and importance to a training provider:

* Funding, Compliance & Data
* Audits and Quality
* End to End Learner journey
* Training and assessment schedules

Basically, if you’ve worked in an office role pulling strings for a training provider, I want to hear from you.

These guys have a fantastic team culture, they look after their own, and they are going from strength to strength.
