One thing that may work in favour to many in this situation, is that this role is immediately available. Able to start early August and get stuck in? Fantastic.

However, that’s not the sole reason you should be applying for this role. The training provider a small outfit, but one that is rapidly growing. Having recently secured a number of contracts including a sizeable D2N2 contract that will see them through the short-medium future, they are also expecting a number of other projects to come off in the near future that will really cement their place within the FE market. Added bonus, they are just about to move into their new offices in the City centre of Nottingham to cater for their growth.

Currently, their focus (and the focus of this role) is on Traineeships. Mainly they focus on the NEETs demographic with 16-19 year olds, helping them identify certain potential pathways for education and their career, then facilitating various opportunities for them to progress. This is not extensive though, as they also deliver specific qualifications to all ages, and are targeting the apprenticeship market for further growth.

Their ethos is very learner focused, with a quality learning experience at he heart of what they do. As such have created and are creating a blended learning model for most of their courses, so their learners can benefit from both in classroom and self taught/self engaging material in their own time.

What you need?

I hate the checklist job adverts, but we do need you to already have experience in this field. Be a qualified tutor, with experience of working with learners from entry level to level 2 at least.

Ideally you will be able to get involved with further curriculum/material design to constantly improve the learning experience and be able to cater for a range of learning styles, which is an ever more important skill when working with a number of learner demographics.
