Location: Home based - Candidates must be flexible with travel throughout Salisbury and Gloucester
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 + Performance related bonus (Salary dependent on qualifications and experience)

We are delighted to offer this role as a Trainee or Qualified opportunity. Full training and support will be provided to Trainee applicants, to achieve their Assessor qualification.

Essential Criteria for all candidates:

  • Must hold a recognised Clinical Care qualification (Level 5) or RGN status.
  • Have solid occupational experience within Clinical Healthcare, possessing a breadth of understanding in people development and strategic duties.
  • Full, clean, UK driving licence and use of a vehicle.
  • Must be flexible with travel.


  • Assess and support learners through full Apprenticeship Standards in Clinical Care up to Level 5 (Healthcare Support Worker L2, Senior Healthcare Support Worker L3, and Assistant Practitioner L5).
  • As part of the delivery, you will conduct group workshops, both face to face and online, and visiting/observe learners in their place of work to gather evidence towards their qualification.
  • Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
  • Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
  • Support, advise and motivate learners, through to end point assessment.
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
  • Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.

  • Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
  • Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
  • Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learner.
