Management Level 5 Tutor / Assessor - Coventry / Leicester (Regional Role) - £28,000 - £30,000 (DOE & qualifications), mileage paid, 23 days holiday + bank / Working equipment, pension scheme.

The Role: Management Level 5 Tutor / Assessor

• We're looking for an experienced trainer/assessor to deliver a range of Management and Business Skills qualifications and apprenticeship programmes.
• This is a home-based role, which will mainly include travelling onto client sites to conduct a mixture of blended delivery, depending on the qualification and level including 1-1 delivery, management based workshops and assessment on employer sites.
• You will have an engaging approach to teaching, creating individual learning plans for students meeting the employer needs. You will ensure learners are developing the skills, knowledge and behaviours required in line with their programmes through effective coaching and training.
• You will be covering mainly Level 5 Management training, however your caseload may include Customer Service, Team Leading and Business Admin learners at Levels 2 & 3 - the role will mainly be covering the Coventry and Leicester areas.
• A DBS check prior to commencement of role is required.

Essential Requirements: Management Level 5 Tutor / Assessor

• Hold an Assessor Qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA)
• Hold a Training Qualification (PTLLS, L3 AET)
• Must have either a Level 5 Management qualification or clear occupational background in Management
• Experienced in a similar role - delivering a variety of training including up to Level 5 in a mixed variety of settings
• Driver with own vehicle
