Management Level 5 Assessor - Maidstone (Regional Role) - Up to £35,000 per annum / 25 days holiday plus 8 statutory days / Business mileage / Company Pension / Health Scheme.

The Role: Management Level 5 Assessor

• You will be working from home and travelling to meet your learners around the Maidstone and wider Kent area. This is a permanent role and you'll be paid via PAYE.
• You will be supporting your learners to gain a Management level 5 apprenticeship.
• Some of your learners will be new managers, some will be seasoned managers who are looking to achieve a formal business qualification. They will be looking to you to develop, coach and challenge them to improve their managerial and leadership skills.
• You will be delivering the level 5 Management apprenticeships by working on a one to one basis with your learners but also in the delivery of workshops.
• A DBS check prior to commencement of role is required.

Essential Requirements: Management Level 5 Assessor

• You MUST have delivered management training previously. This can either be formally as a management trainer or as part of an apprenticeship programme.
• You will either currently be, or have recently been, a senior level manager. You must have the credibility to stand in front of learners who you are going to be training - they must have the confidence that you know your stuff!
• You will have a formal management qualification, such as an HND, degree, ILM or CMI level 5 or above.
• Ideally, you'll have a training or assessing qualification, but if not, this company has a great track record in developing future trainers and you'd need to be prepared to work towards achieving a training qualification.
• You must be prepared to travel to meet your learners either by car or by public transport.
