Curriculum Lead - Management & Leadership Apprenticeships - Bristol (Regional Role) - £33,000 (depending upon experience) / Company car (worth £4,800 per annum) / 20 days holiday plus bank holidays along with a 2 week Christmas closure / Pension scheme on offer / Use of an onsite gym and restaurant / Career progression and CPD.

The Role

• A well established, Ofsted Good, specialist training provider is looking to add Management level 3 and 5 to its portfolio and they are looking for a seasoned Trainer Assessor to manage the programme.
• You'll be drawing upon your expertise as a trainer of Management level 3 and 5 to create and deliver the programme. You'll be working from home and you'll need a driving license.
• You'll be responsible for overseeing the new people within your delivery team to ensure that delivery is to a high standard and ideally IQA too. This means that you'll be responsible for coaching and enhancing your team.
• Making sure the programme you deliver is bespoke to employers' needs is vital, so you'll be working closely with the employer and the business development team to ensure the content is effective, adds value to the learner and the employer and is fit for purpose.
• A DBS check prior to commencement of role is required.

Essential Requirements

• You will have a sound track record in the delivery of Management level 3 and 5. This means you will be au fait with the effective running of an apprenticeship programme and know what needs to happen to get learners successfully through EPA.
• You will possess formal training or assessing qualifications and ideally an IQA. If you have a business qualification, that would be seriously advantageous.
• You will have a strong work history in the delivery of apprenticeship programmes, ensuring timely completions are achieved and the standards are always high.
• Ideally, you will have overseen the delivery of other trainers.
• You need to be a credible trainer, so you will have been / are currently a manager of people and processes and are able to draw upon your own personal experiences in the role to give context to your learners.
