Business Skills Trainer / Assessor - Central London (Regional Role) - £28k - £35k (DOE & Qualifications) + expenses, 25 days holiday + bank (rising with time served), / working equipment, generous pension contribution (7% from employer), flexible working offered, be involved and make a meaningful contribution to the companies delivery plans.

The Role: Business Skills Trainer / Assessor

• We are looking for an experienced Business Skills apprenticeship trainer/assessor to support in the delivery and assessment across generic industry subject apprenticeships (Customer Service, Team Leading, Management, Business Admin)
• You will be managing a small but growing caseload of apprentices on Level 2 & 3 programmes - however, if you're able to deliver up to Level 5 this would be preferred, ensuring they are working towards a successful endpoint assessment. This will mainly include 1-1 delivery and assessing candidates within the workplace.
• Based in central London - you will also be working alongside managers in the business to shape and influence the companies delivery approach to the prestigious clients they have across the region.
• The role will mainly cover Central London ( about 90% of learners will be in an approx 5-mile radius of Canary Wharf) with a handful slightly further out. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that apprentices are developing the skills, knowledge and behaviours to succeed in their roles and complete their apprenticeship programmes.
• A DBS check prior to commencement of role is required.

Essential Requirements: Business Skills Trainer / Assessor

• Assessor qualified (A1, TAQA, CAVA)
• Experience delivering apprenticeship standards - Level 2 & 3
• Strong Business Administration background
• Strong communication skills and have the ability to build relationships
• A fresh approach to delivery - with the ability to create innovative learning plans

Desirables: Business Skills Trainer / Assessor

• Hold a teaching qualification (PTLLS min)
• Experienced in Level 5 apprenticeship delivery & assessment
