The Role: Customer Service Tutor

• If you've got a strong track record within Customer Service, particularly within a busy Call Centre and would like to use your expertise to train an enthusiastic Call Centre Team, this role could really be for you.
• Using your extensive Call Centre and Customer Service knowledge you will be inducting and training all the staff for a busy Call Centre. All the Call Centre Operators will have the opportunity to work towards their apprenticeship in Customer Service level 2 and 3 and you'll be supporting them with this.
• Because you've worked with a CRM System in a previous role, you'll be able to incorporate this into a training manual and then teach your learners how to use a CRM effectively to they can maximise on data and knowledge.
• Training will be delivered in workshops and on a one to one basis, so you'll really get to know your learners.

Essential Requirements: Customer Service Tutor

• You will have delivered apprenticeships previously, or recently worked in an environment where you've personally had involvement with supporting members of staff who are working towards an apprenticeship. This means you will understand how an apprenticeship programme works, particularly the New Apprenticeship Standards.
• You will have worked within Customer Services, particularly a Call Centre environment for several years and understand how a CRM system works and how to use one effectively.
• Ideally, you will have a level 3 qualification or be prepared to work towards achieving this.
• If not a Customer Service Trainer already, you'll have carried out inductions, desk coaching, or training sessions so you'll have some experience of training delivery and know that this is something you want to pursue as a career.
• You will be a self-starter and creative. You will work autonomously and manage yourself and your workload. You will need the confidence to do this and the expertise within a Call Centre environment.
