Based at Enfield but will be Cross College

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Floristry.

The School of Floristry and Balloon Artistry has a well-established reputation for delivering high quality courses. Capel's course tutors all have exceptional skills with extensive knowledge and experience of the floristry industries.

Our Floristry courses give young people and adults the opportunity to gain nationally and internationally recognised qualifications with the prospect of progressing to further study, higher education, employment or starting their own business venture whilst learning in a unique and supportive environment.

The successful candidate will lead, manage and co-ordinate the development and delivery of a high quality, cost effective curriculum area which progresses towards and achieves the College's Strategic and Operational objectives in the curriculum area.

The ideal candidate will be innovative and have strong links to industry, with extensive knowledge of the curriculum specialisms offered within Floristry.
