Level 7 Management & Leadership Trainer - London (Regional Role) - £40,000 although for an exceptional candidate this could be increased / 28 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays, Medical Insurance, Child Care Vouchers, Cycle to Work Scheme, plus great opportunities to develop your skills and professional qualifications.

The Role: Level 7 Management & Leadership Trainer

• This is a wonderful opportunity for a seasoned Management & Leadership Trainer / Coach to join a newly formed Executive Training Programme at its infancy stages. The employer has won a prestigious contract to upskill and develop the next generation of senior management of executives
• You'll be heading up this flagship project and be responsible for the design and delivery of all your own training material, which will give you the opportunity to make your mark on this very exciting project.
• Your learners will be studying for Management & Leadership Level 5, but topping up to a level 7 Diploma. Training will be delivered through workshops and at desk coaching.

Essential Requirements: Level 7 Management & Leadership Trainer

• You will be a highly professional, polished Management & Leadership Trainer / Coach who has a strong track record of training delivery at a senior level, ideally to level 7.
• You will hold formal management qualifications, ideally to level 7 but degree level very minimum.
• Naturally, your previous career history will be that of a senior manager / director where you will have managed teams and operated at a strategic level of larger companies.
• You will possess formal assessing, IV or training qualifications.
• You will be familiar with apprenticeship delivery, particularly the New Apprenticeship Standards and End Point Assessment.

After identifying the potential to up-skill their current staff, this well established organisation who employ nearly 2,000 people at several locations across London, is now looking to grow an internal training team in order to deliver high-quality qualifications and apprenticeships for their staff in order to utilise their potential. Well established, having recently celebrated its 50th year in operation, this company is now looking to develop its own and other company's management and leadership teams through exceptional training delivery and coaching provided from their state of the art training academy. If that isn't enough, the company has just won a major Executive Training Programme in which future leaders will be identified and coached to become the Executives of the future.
