The Role: CIPS Trainer - full or part-time

• Do you possess CIPS level 4 and have a sound work history with a purchasing environment? Would you like to train the next generation of CIPS professionals? Would you like to work for a company who specialises in the delivery of CIPS apprenticeship and will support you to achieve formal, professional training qualifications as part of your new career as a CIPS trainer?
• Following your professional training, you will be working from home and managing a caseload of learners in the West Midlands area, so a willingness to travel to learners is essential.
• You will support, mentor and motivate learners as they work to achieve their CIPS up to level 4 and you will strive to ensure they achieve completion in a timely manner and adhere to company targets set.
• You will draw upon your own experience within purchasing to give live examples of how theory translates to practice and be a great role model and inspiration to the CIPS professionals of the future.
• A DBS check prior to commencement of role is required.

Essential Requirements: CIPS Trainer - full or part time

• CIPS Qualified - level 4 very minimum - this is absolutely essential and no candidates will be considered without this as it a mandatory requirement.
• Occupational history and competence within the procurement sector as a buyer - when working as a Trainer, you need to be able to draw from personal experience, not just a textbook.
• Literacy and Numeracy Qualifications (at Level 2 or above)
• Full UK driving licence and use of own car
• A genuine interest in training and development and giving people the skills to progress their careers.

Desirables: CIPS Trainer - full or part time

• If you've got a teaching qualification or assessing qualification, then great, but it's not essential as this company will support you.
• Previous experience, coaching, mentoring and training young people. You'll probably have done this informally such as inducting new people or teaching them systems and processes. Maybe you've already supported some CIPS apprentices as part of your present or past role. All this experience is helpful.

The Employer: Procurement Trainer - full or part-time

• This company boasts to be the only training provider in the UK who is accredited to deliver an internationally recognised management and leadership programme which it dovetails into its management level 5 training. Working mainly with large corporate levy payers, they have gained a reputation as a training provider of choice.
