Management Level 5 Trainer Assessor - 6 month contract - Derby (Regional Role) - Up to £28,000 depending on experience / Five weeks’ holiday pro-rata plus bank holidays and a day off pro-rata in lieu of birthday / Broadband, phone and laptop provided for work use.

The Role: Management Level 5 Trainer Assessor

• We are recruiting for a home-based Management Assessor/Support Tutor (Level 5) on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will have a proven track record within Management assessing and training and you will be required to travel to learners between Nottingham and the West Midlands. This training provider works with large levy-paying clients.
• You will be coaching your learners to help them achieve their qualification but also to take theory into real-life by drawing on your own experience as a Manager of people and processes.
• Deliver programme inductions and register learners onto apprenticeships and other qualifications, assess and support cohorts of learners on apprenticeships and accredited programmes. You will also be required to mark and provide internal verification of written assignments for accredited programmes from level 2 through 5.
• With flexible working you'll be based at home making your own appointments and managing your own workload but to ensure you feel part of the team, there will be regular Head Office visits too.
• A DBS check prior to commencement of role is required.

Essential Requirements: Management Level 5 Trainer Assessor

• You will have been delivering Management Level 5 for a minimum of six months so you will understand how the New Standards apprenticeship programme works and what part you need to play to ensure success.
• You will possess formal assessing and or training qualifications.
• A formal qualification in management or HR.
• Full driving license and access to a car.
