In a nutshell

Responsible for developing and managing the engagement strategy for the dedicated client, ensuring high levels of engagement with the apprenticeship programme internally and externally, to create a pipeline of new learner starts through our ways of working and behaviours.

About the role

You will be:

* Develop an engagement strategy for the account including objectives, channels of engagement, and resourcing requirements
* Develop and manage the plan of engagement activity, ensuring regular reports are provided to management and the client
* Collaborate with Marketing and Account Executive to create and execute campaigns that engage operators and increase awareness and engagement with apprenticeships
* Utilise feedback from learners and line managers from the client to continuously improve engagement strategy, plan and campaigns

About you

* Proven significant experience of account management and business development within accounts
* Proven ability to identify client focused solutions
* Proven experience of project management
* Proven experience of developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
