Our client is a well known and respected training institution. Over the last 20 years our client has built an amazing reputation within the training sector.

Role and Responsibilities:

* As an Employer Engagement Advisor you will be selling training solutions to employers in and around the Leeds area.
* The Employer Engagement Advisor will be using a range of methods to contact and source traineeship work placements from employers by. cold-calling, attending B2B events, online marketing, face-to-face meetings, job fairs, etc.
* As the Employer Engagement Advisor you will need to engage with employers understand their business needs and take the opportunity to up-sell training solutions.
* It will be the Employer Engagement Advisor responsibility to ensure a safe working environment for learners, you will have the sole responsibility to obtain all employer documentations e.g. employer liability insurance and health and safety checks.

Experience and Skills:

* Must have experience in working with people with barriers and supporting them to progress into training, employment and education.
* Experience working in recruitment or other relevant employer engagement activities.
