We are looking for an outgoing, proactive person to join our talented Sales Support Team as a Sales Support Coordinator. If you have excellent administration skills, the ability to organise and coordinate multiple activities and schedule and book a complex diary then this is the role for you.
About the role
You will be:
* Setting appointments with potential learners who have agreed to meet a regional trainer with the intention of signing up to a work-based learning programme.
* Data quality check/verification so that only committed & eligible learners go through to meet our regional trainers.
* Liaising with regional trainers to ensure they have the space for the appointment and that travel time is realistic.
* Answer queries which a customer may have about our courses or qualifications.
* Question and offer solutions to any prospective learner that may have changed their mind
About you
We are looking for:
* Excellent communication and listening skills.
* A polite, confident and friendly telephone manner with the ability to build relationships with customers.
* Able to hold others accountable for their actions, whilst supporting the needs of different internal clients
* Attention to detail
