This is role is an 80% home based and 20% travel – you will be traveling to various location in the south (can reside from the midlands upwards)
You will be responsible for ensuring learners are fully compliant with SFA requirements and remain on the programme by carrying out progress reviews and assessments at regular intervals.
Managing your own diary, you will support remote learners using the e-portfolio system and meet your learners face to face once a month.
You will fully engage with employers during the whole of the learning journey. Other responsibilities will include conducting sign up meetings and developing the learning plan.
This role will be Assessing in AAT qualifications level 2, 3 and 4, however experience in this competency is not essential as long as you have assessed in either one of these subjects at level 3

You will receive full training to assess in AAT. In addition, our client is happy to put you through your AAT qualification, fully paid for, however, this is not essential for this role.
