We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive Customer Service Advisors (Enrolment Coordinators) in Bristol to join our innovative team responsible working closely with our clients to sign up their employees to our apprenticeship courses. About the role

You will be:

* Deliver balanced KPIs in line with company expectations
* Ensure all learners experience quality standards in line with Company and Ofsted guidelines
* Maintain and enhance relationships with business support teams to support the delivery of the sector plan
* Maintain and enhance relationships with existing learner and clients assuring the Lifetime brand is synonymous with and recognised for quality of service

About you:

We are looking for:

* A polite, confident and friendly telephone manner with the ability to build relationships with customers.
* Previous experience within a customer service focussed role
* Previous experience of delivering against KPI's or targets
