IQA - Management, Business Admin & Customer Service - Midlands or North East (home-based) - £30,000 - £32,000 depending upon experience as an IQA and other attributes you can bring to the company.

The Role: IQA - Management & Business Skills

• Working from home you will be managing the performance of a team of trainers and assessors who deliver Management level 5, Team Leading level 3, Business Administration and Customer Service level 3
• It will be your responsibility to ensure the quality of the training is high and on line with Ofsted Grade 2
• Timely completions will be your domain too, so you will be ensuring learners are on track
• You will of course want to consistently develop the skills of your team, so you will conduct observations and then coach and mentor them to a very high standard
• A DBS check prior to commencement of role is required.

Essential Requirements: IQA - Management & Business Skills

• You will possess a formal IQA qualification - this is essential
• You will have a sound track record within a quality role and understand how the New Apprenticeship Standards work and the impact your role needs to have
• Ideally, you will have been an IQA for the Business Skills suite of apprenticeships and be familiar with the curriculum
• As you will be based at home, you need to have your own transport
• You will be a quality driven individual who consistently strives for high standards and through your passion and determination, you instil these qualities within your team
