The Employer: Carpentry Apprentice Trainer

• An independently owned training provider who has a consistent track record of being able to say they are an Ofsted Good Provider. Established for nearly 14 years, they have some great contracts with major house builders for construction skills. The training they offer is delivered on employers' premises but also in a classroom situation where they have small class sizes to ensure each learner receives the right amount of individual attention, ensuring they progress at a good pace. An above average percentage of apprentices complete their training within scheduled timeframes. This company is large enough to attract levy payers but small enough to care for its staff, employers and learners. One thing they are reputed for is for those individuals who maybe underachieved at school - they support them to achieve Maths and English.
