Management level 3 & 5 Trainer - East Midlands / Lincolnshire / Yorkshire (Regional Role) - If you hold a formal training or assessing qualification, that is great. If not, our client will provide you with the opportunity to gain these qualifications. / A business degree would be fantastic too.

The Role: Management level 3 & 5 Trainer

• This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced management and leadership trainer to deliver inspirational training as part of an internationally recognised Leadership Programme.
• Training is delivered via three-day workshops (so you'd need to be prepared to occasionally stay overnight) and the usual assessment of skills and competencies with evidence as you'd expect with an apprenticeship programme.
• You will be training managers and supervisors of large, well known, prestigious, often global organisations to help them to achieve Management level 3 and 5 qualifications. Your learners may be experienced managers who are working towards gaining a formal qualification, or people new to management.

Essential Requirements: Management level 3 & 5 Trainer

• It is absolutely essential that you have a strong managerial background because you will need to draw upon your own experience to provide examples and context to your teachings. Your own credibility within the area is vital too.
• Ideally, you will possess a minimum of a level 5 Business qualification.
• If you've not delivered apprenticeship type training before you must be competent and confident to stand up in front of a class and deliver training in a concise, engaging and eloquent manner.
• You will have previously delivered management and leadership training. Either formally, as part of the programme, or informally as a manager or team leader.
• You will have your own transport, clean driving license, be prepared to travel and occasionally stay overnight in a hotel (all travel and accommodation expenses are paid).
