Innovate Awarding are looking for a passionate individual to join us at Innovate Awarding as an End Point Assessor Manager, to lead a team of end-point assessors and manage the internal quality assurance and standardisation of end-point assessment outcomes and results

About the role

You will be:

* Line Management of a team of End-Point Assessors (Perm & Casual Staff)
* Management of recruitment, induction and standardisation training
* Ensuring all end-point assessment and external quality assurance standards are regulatory compliant
* The management of internal quality assurance and standardisation of end-point assessment outcomes and results
* Ensuring that all components of assessment are completed within SLAs
* Support IAO’s Responsible Officer and Board to ensure compliance with all aspects relating to regulatory requirements
* Adherence to all operational policies and procedures

About you

We are looking for:

* A thorough understanding of End Point Assessment
* Sound understanding of Quality Assurance, as well as processes and policies within an awarding organisation
* Have excellent knowledge and understanding of the apprenticeship standard(s) as set out in the industry set Grading Criteria
* Knowledge of access to assessment and equal opportunities
* Experience of working to specific timescales and deadlines
* Previously employed within a work-based learning environment
* Experience of project development and delivery, within recognised project management disciplines
* Solid experience of leading and managing large teams
* Demonstratable experience of managing operational costs
