We have exciting opportunities for an organised and proactive Office Support Administrator in Bristol to join our growing business to provide support to our coordinate all of our administrative activities across the organisation.

About the role

You will be:

* Be the named contact for customers, supporting and maintaining excellent customer service
* Handle all incoming customer queries, professionally and effectively, taking ownership to ensure satisfactory resolution
* Record and maintain accurate information on key business systems
* Deliver against agreed personal and functional KPIs
* Build positive relationships with both internal and external customers, providing excellent customer service within the scope and boundaries of IAO Company processes and procedures.
* To coordinate External Quality Advisor (EQA) Activity
* Support the creation of financial and management reports

About you

We are looking for:

* Previous experience of providing administrative support to a busy team
* Excellent customer service experience and/or skills
* Demonstrable experience of managing multiple tasks and priorities
* Excellent IT including MS Outlook, Word and Excel
