Business Improvement Techniques Trainer - Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk, Suffolk. (Regional Role) - Up to £30,000 +OTE / + Benefits.

The Role: Business Improvement Techniques Trainer

• Complete thorough and robust IAG with all learners at the start of the qualification and on-going throughout the programme of learning
• Plan and deliver individualised sessions to support the learner in developing the appropriate Skills Knowledge and Behaviour relating to BIT
• Prepare for and attend monthly caseload review meetings with line management
• You will be delivering effective teaching, learning and assessment in Level 2 Certificate in Business Improvement Techniques and Level 2 Certificate in Applying Business-Improvement Techniques.
• A DBS check prior to commencement of role is required.

Essential Requirements: Business Improvement Techniques Trainer

• Past experience working as a BIT tutor
• Experience in delivering a wide range of BIT Qualifications from entry/access to diplomas
• Level 3 or above qualification in Business Improvement Techniques
• A formal teaching qualification
• Full UK Driving licence and own transport in required as national travel is involved in this position
