Business Administration Trainer Assessor - Manchester - £22,000 - £28,000 depending on experience / laptop, i-pad, mobile phone, travel expenses reimbursed / 23 days holiday which increases to a total of 27 plus stats over the first five years of service / Profit related pay bonus which can be up to 3% of salary depending on the company's performance. Full and on-going training will be provided by the client.

The Role: Business Administration Trainer Assessor

• A highly reputable, award-winning Training Provider, is looking to engage an enthusiastic Apprenticeship Coach / Trainer / Assessor to deliver Business Administration level 3 to a caseload of up to 40 learners within Manchester.
• You will be visiting employees at their place of work, training, support and mentoring them in working towards their Apprenticeship Qualification. The learners could be seasoned administrators/ support staff or they may be in their first job role after leaving school or college so the ideal candidate needs to be comfortable delivering training to people of all ages and backgrounds and can devise and deliver training in both one-to-one and group sessions as required.
• You will manage your own workload and diary and when not visiting learners you have the flexibility to work from home or the head office in Manchester.
• Candidates who have limited training experience will be considered for this position as full training will be provided by the client, however to be suitable you must have worked within an administration role/ hold a qualification in Business Administration or have experience working for a training provider.
• A DBS check prior to commencement of role is required.

Essential Requirements: Business Administration Trainer Assessor

• 2-5 years' experience in varied office based roles - to ensure that you have working knowledge of all modules within the qualification.
• A confident, friendly personality who enjoys supporting and motivating people, who can boast excellent communication skills, report writing and administration and time management
• Training /Assessing qualifications OR experience supporting or mentoring people within your workplace combined with a strong desire to move into a training position.
• Functional skills/GCSE's in maths and english and/or Administration or Business Studies qualification.
• Driving License and use of own car.

Desirables: Business Administration Trainer Assessor

• A Level 4 or above qualification relevant to business
• Experience of delivering training to the New Apprenticeship Standards using a range of teaching methods
