Automotive Trainer / Account Manager - South West & Bristol (Regional Role) - Up to £35,000, company car, excellent bonus scheme / 20 days holiday plus Bank holidays along with a 2 week Christmas closure / Pension scheme on offer / Use of an onsite Gym and Restaurant / Career progression and continual professional development.

The Role: Automotive Trainer / Account Manager

• You will be utilising your exceptional client care skills to ensure that every client and learner is receiving an exceptionally high level of service
• Based at home much of the time, you will be travelling around visiting employers and learners to ensure SLA's are being met and learners are progressing at the right pace to achieve timely completions
• Through getting to know your clients really well you will be able to make training recommendations which will benefit the employer and develop the account further
• With great attention to detail, you will be completing all paperwork relevant to sign ups etc.
• A DBS check prior to commencement of role is required.

Essential Requirements: Automotive Trainer / Account Manager

• You will have a strong track record of account management within an apprenticeship or training setting
• You will be able to demonstrate your effectiveness by citing examples of where you have grown an account through your great fact-finding and ability to promote other products and services
• You'll be using your strong administration skills to ensure all sign-ups are properly executed
• Naturally, you will be professionally presented, have the confidence to meet with decision makers at all levels and be able to engage with them.
• You will have a full, clean driving license
