Team Leader Level 3 Trainer - Leeds and the surrounding area (Regional Role) - £24,000 - £26,000 per annum (DOE) / Lots of big company benefits, mileage reimbursed.

The Role: Team Leader Level 3 Trainer

• You will be travelling to companies to meet with learners in Leeds and the surrounding area. You will be meeting with learners who are working towards achieving their Team Leader Level 3 Qualification which is part of an apprenticeship programme.
• Your learners will be managers who will either be new to supervising staff and are looking to acquire guidance or seasoned managers who want to gain a formal team-leading qualification.
• Delivery will be via informative workshops, one to one coaching sessions etc. so you must be a competent trainer with good delivery skills.
• You will be sharing your team leading and supervisory experience with the candidate.
• A DBS check prior to commencement of role is required.

Essential Requirements: Team Leader Level 3 Trainer

• It is absolutely essential you have delivered Team Leader Level 3 as part of an apprenticeship programme recently and you are up to date with New Standards.
• You will possess formal training and/or assessing qualifications, along with a formal business Team Leading qualification to level 3.
• You will have previously been a Team Leader / Supervisor and therefore be able to give the learners the benefits of your experience in such a role.
• You will need access to your own vehicle.
• Your personal presentation will be business-like and corporate and your ability to deliver engaging, inspirational training will be exceptional.
