Management Level 5 Trainer - Basingstoke area (Regional Role) - £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (DOE) / Mileage reimbursed / Benefits include Perk Box, Pension, Life Assurance 3 x salary, income protection, dental care, health care etc.

The Role: Management Level 5 Trainer

• You will be travelling around the Hampshire area to deliver Management Level 5 as part of an apprenticeship programme so it is imperative that you have recently delivered Management Level 5 CMI or ILM. NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED FROM CANDIDATES WHO HAVE NOT.
• Your learners will be managers who will either to be new to management and looking to acquire guidance or seasoned managers who want to gain a formal management qualification.
• Delivery will be via informative workshops, one to one coaching sessions etc. so you must be a competent trainer with good delivery skills.
• Ideally, you will be living in or around Basingstoke so extensive travel will not be required to your caseload of learners.
• A DBS check prior to commencement of role is required.

Essential Requirements: Management Level 5 Trainer

• It is absolutely essential you have delivered Management Level 5 as part of an apprenticeship programme recently and you are up to date with New Standards.
• You will possess formal training and/or assessing qualifications.
• You will have previously been a senior manager/director and are therefore able to give the learners the benefits of your experience in such a role.
• You will possess a formal business qualification such as ILM or CMI level 5, HND in Business, a degree etc.
• Your personal presentation will be business-like and corporate and your ability to deliver engaging, inspirational training will be exceptional.
